Based in Grand Forks, North Dakota, I offer private and group wellness experiences, including Yoga Flow, Yoga Sculpt, and & Sound Baths. My goal is to bring movement, strength, relaxation, and mindfulness directly to you through personalized experiences in your home or chosen space.

Whether you're looking for a calming sound bath, a yoga practice to stretch and move your body, or a full-body Yoga Sculpt workout to build strength and energy, each experience is designed to help you feel good in your body and create space for yourself.
